General Terms

• JB Escapes Travel Agency LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) acts as a booking agent between clients and travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

• All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective suppliers.

• Quotes are subject to change until deposits or full payments are made.

• Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier.

• All deposits and payments must be received by the stated deadlines to avoid cancellation.

• Travelers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, health documents, and identification as required by destinations and suppliers.

• JB Escapes is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or fines due to improper documentation.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

• If a client declines insurance, they accept full responsibility for any losses or emergencies that may occur.

• JB Escapes is not liable for supplier failures, strikes, government actions, weather delays, pandemics, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited to fees paid directly to us for planning services.

• All agency service/planning fees are non-refundable.

• Supplier cancellation policies apply (airlines, cruises, hotels, tours). Refunds, if available, will be based on each supplier’s terms.

• Clients must notify JB Escapes in writing to request a cancellation.

• If a supplier cancels a trip, JB Escapes will assist clients in securing refunds, credits, or rebooking options.

• Refunds are subject to supplier approval and may be in the form of credit toward future travel.

• Change requests (dates, names, destinations) may incur supplier fees and additional costs.

• JB Escapes reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for modifications.

• Failure to appear for travel without proper cancellation notice will result in 100% loss of funds.

• Natural disasters

• Political unrest

• Pandemics or epidemics

• Airline or supplier bankruptcy

• Acts of terrorism or war
